Actually yes. Iā€™m going to go cook. Iā€™m getting quite close to my goal of 79 kilos. Weight loss is coming slowly lately because Iā€™m so close to optimum. Iā€™d guess 2 more months to see 79.9 on the scale when I look down.

So I bought two protein canisters at GNC. Lots of selection and other places I could go but these are most popular and were BOHO. I bought a new shaker with this plastic jack inside. I like it wide and short and easy to wash without having to use a long brush. Protein shaker bottles can smell terrible. Supposedly this tastes better than most.

Lots of stuff available to me. Nobody is harder.

But you really should want to be something different #2. And yes my asparagus meal will eat you away when itā€™s time for #1. Doesnā€™t mean I eat crap. That is your curse, like many beasts.

Broccoli cheese soup. I just cut the broccoli smaller with a spoon. Ragu double cheddar and American yellow slices and some water. And an ounce of Chesterā€™s fries. Cup of jello first.

Lean shake and a salad for breakfast. Weight is up but Iā€™m not worried. Just reducing size.
Maybe I should be twice my size and half my weight.

Some meals are harder to eat than others. I used up the rest of my oyster sauce and choose the yellowest sprouts possible.

They still had some hard parts in them though and it was hard to stomach despite no bones or nails (of course bits and pieces). I did finish everything but stopped after the first serving from eating more. I felt a talon grip my insides. Similar to eating pork stomach where it hurts like a bite to the insides.
These helped weā€™ll with my Achillesā€™ tendon.

I didnā€™t use any flour or corn starch, but I think Reg must have used some kind of foot powder because these started sticking and browning. I added some water and it came off and flavored those sprouts.
This did not taste good. But I have less ankle, foot, hand, and wrist pain today.

Mark, you want to learn how I do it? Ok, this is my secret.

  1. Put vegetables in a pot. Make it a big pot. Cook them for about 15 min. No meat, no cheese, no fish, no sauce. None.

  2. Scoop them out into 3 or 4 little sealable containers. Plastic if thatā€™s all you have. Glass if you have them. Leave enough to fill a bowl and do that.

  3. Eat the bowl of vegetables. Every few hours, eat one of the containers. After each meal, have some jello and some milk or coffee made from milk like we do in Colombia.

  4. Repeat every day for 1 year. Do not cheat at all. You will weigh about 170 lbs at the end of the year. You will look far better, feel far better, have more energy, and you will have totally stopped farting and burping.

What is that in the picture Mark. Is it chicken feet?
