To make meals healthy just start out adding veggies. This also helps me become more creative. Those large chilis are sweet chilis but they look like some odd loki horns. Most are just straight but I bought this tray because it had proportionately more curved and coiled sweet chilis. Cooking hot chilis decreases their hotness to a bit more palatable level.

I just added some canned corned beef which is already salty so I needed no salt or other added spices.
I could have ate this easily with a whole pot of rice. I did eat all of it in one meal but with only 2 cups or so of rice. Eating less rice was the trick. This is 1 and 1/2 cans corned beef.
The result: Despite beer and spirits I had energy renewed for a stand up stretching workout and a leg workout which I am going to finish up from early this morning. I drained about 2 gallons and deflated, degassed, and emptied my digestive very cleanly restoring blood flow and and feeling much better internally. My stomach was looking huge and I was looking pushed out of shape. Results from eating a huge meal like that and laying down for a few hours…flattened stomach and full muscles I could not have gotten with 3 days restricted intake and workouts in just a few hours.
Yes this is one meal for me. And yes I eat rice.

Mark, why not try just eating the vegetables with no meat or rice? And no ice cream after, of course. Just for a few days, or maybe a week. I’ll bet you’d lose at least 5 lb in that week. If you could keep it up for a year you’d be at optimal weight.
Not trying to lose 5 pounds. I already told you my goal is increased strength per bodyweight and healthy reproductive organs.
Why not? Because it throws you off. And when you are thrown off the better I look and feel.

I’m not interested in going vegan or vegetarian. I have eaten plenty of meals of nothing but vegetables during my lifetime.
There will be no revelation if I just ate “nothing but veggies just once just for one time, just once in your life if you could”

I was pescetarian for a very long time. I ate meet for a month the start of quarantine. Did not like it. I do eat it twice a week now probably. Just so my body knows what it is and usually when I’m eating with someone else. When I eat alone, it’s never meat.
