Thank you for that, Mark.
Hey, the raw stuff might not be that good. It wonāt digest in the stomach but ferments in some other part of the digestive, the colon Ib.
Raw broccoli can cause bloating. Those veggies have sugars that canāt be broken down. It is called raffinose.
It makes gas. Hydrogen and methane and lots of bacterie in the colon because it canāt be digested. That might be poisoning you along with all the arsenic in broccoli.
You just made a perfectly healthy meal look like an undesirable source for nutrition.
Putting that in your mouth does not make you healthy. If that goes through your digestive and then blockades your colon it is not healthy. If it backs stuff up there is a layer of hard packed deanse waste preventing any exposure of the diestive tract to abosrb nutrients then it is not healthy.
I always take my medical advice from Silky.
Itās because you know my weakness of not being able to prevent the āstigmataā of others be it infirmity, injury, or ailment to be taken upon my body.
Consider things fair between us, because you put yourself off on others who could not refuse with little regard for personal health, hygiene, and fitness. Yet you reaped beneifts for sole purpose of further self sbuse.
I never thought broccoli would do that kind of damage. But there it is in black and white. Broccoli prevents nutrients from being absorbed. I wonder if you pour water over itā¦![]()
I always wondered why I did that. Thank you Dr. Silky!
It reads like youāre blaming me for something and then benefitting from it. If it makes you feel better, youāre right. Can we move on or can you just not get past it?
I thought he was talking to me.
Maybe heās talking to both of us. Kind of like the preacher at the podium.
Wait until you see my dirty sole!
Waitingā¦
Reg. What is going go be your 1st meal in Vancouver?
What a good question. The food I miss the most there is sushi, but I also miss other Asian food. Thereās some amazing Korean soup to be had there, and the Chinese dim sum can be spectacular if youāre into that (and I am).
Truly, though, I donāt miss the food. I threw a bunch of vegetables in a pot and let it slow cook for 20 min today, added some cheese when they were done, and honestly it was better than 90% of restaurant meals I eat. I miss the people back home, though. I donāt have a lot of friends here. Actually thatās not true, I have a lot of friends but I donāt like them as much as I like my friends in Vancouver. lol. I doubt Iāll ever be done with Vancouver but Iām done with MedellĆn. Isa was done with it ages ago but Iāve come around, too.
Do you think my family eats in a pile of trash during the holidays?
Today I cooked a can of tuna with some red peppers and hot sauce, and had it on a huge bed of lettuce. Super low cal, super healthy. I didnāt take any photos. Tonight Iām having some granola and planning to go to bed hungry. Iām inching toward 79 kilos but these last few kilos are really hard to lose.
You have to gain weight to lose them. You have to gain people animals robots and vehicles.
Better stop by McDonaldās and make that an order of chicken McNuggets. You can customize those Asian of you want with sweet and sour or the other option which is rare and opportunisticā¦hot mustard.
My brother needs a bone marrow transplant. Initially they said I couldnāt be a donor because of underlying health problems. After my sister sent in her buccal swabs she was found to be unsuitable so they tried me. I got the first kit and when I opened it I saw they had the wrong patient name on it. I called and they sent me another kit. This time his last name was almost spelled right. I called and they told to just correct it myself. Some multinational operation in Ossing, NY. It didnāt instill a lot of confidence. My brother says they are looking for specific genetic markers. Anyway, I sent it back completed yesterday. Weāll see.
