317.2 today up from 312.6. Goal is under 308 first of next month. Shouldn’t be a problem getting back to 312 by tomorrow or Wednesday. 312 is my stable weight but this actually doesn’t feel much off especially when 5 pounds of fat is so huge.

Down 3 pounds today but stomach is bigger. Still didn’t drink enough water to really release and flush system. But 3 pounds drop isn’t bad considering I went McDonald’s had a big Mac and 2 double cheeseburgers. I ate quite a bit actually and some of it I believe is aot of impacted celery and carrots.
I also did my 
for the trial drug for NASH/ fatty liver. I need to really cut my fats and sugars now, but this does seem to work. My liver feels much cleaner and there is no bloat or swelling in the area compared to before even when my stomach gets huge. Less liver pain after rolling on with a foam roller or ball and reallly going in deep.
I think all the fat and toxins release causing the bloat after the injection. Best capitalize on my window of opportunity to clear out.
