Health

That made me chuckle. I take that as a compliment. But I simply was very good with anything which required coordination, dexterity and every sport with a ball. I was faster than my 3 years older brother and he was a good footballer. I used to roam the forests with him, playing Indians (none of us wanted to be a cowboy), making bows, arrows and slingshots. But we never aimed at anything alive. Well, I did once, but I didn‘t expect to hit that dragonfly with my simple slingshot. I never did shoot with a slingshot since then and still have a bad conscience. I loved my childhood and I loved feeling the sun on my skin. Since school ended, life unfortunately relocated indoors since I thankfully was able to combine having a dog with my work.

tough choice for me iif I had a dog right now. It will most likely die before my life expectancy. If it doesn’t that grief would be worse not knowing if it would be cared for.

I don’t have strict relations like they do on pet shows. No commands or anything.

Can’t really think of anyone wanting to die just die before their pets do.

That’s why it’s good to have a family pet. If you have family at least the pets sorrow is eased.

Probably not a good idea to go driving.

wise words!

may you live long and prosper, silky

Does that mean you used dead animals for targets?

No. We shot our arrows towards cardboards or trees or leaves on trees.

leaves are basically the fingers of a tree!
plant abuser!

I appreciate healthcare workers and so called healthcare providers.

But health is misunderstood. Not everyone has health. They may have a share of a pool or somebody else’s and abuse it disproportionately.

Few people maintain health. Even fewer actually generate health and life. It’s different than being gifted or withdrawing constantly like an ATM.

Honestly, I don’t think you know what abuse is. At best, you equate abuse with some minor infraction against your own life, but how you are able to judge a persons abusive health habits is really impressive and I look forward to hearing more about how people abuse their own health.

Good place to talk about your colonoscopy here Dan. When is it?

I saw several people having colonoscopies both times I went to have my endoscopy. First time I was denied due to blood pressure being too high.

Came back after meds. I went through 3 meds for bp before I finally got the one that worked best and did not cause dry throat and cough.

During the endoscopy I was given a painkiller cocktail that included intravenous fentanyl, which I just asked about after the needle was in.

I was awake the whole time. Doctor seems a bit forceful but it was like some slimmer person was in my arms trying to steal a bite of food and gagged on the camera.

Perfect timing as there was a toy event planned that I knew was going to put off an airway obstruction

Some pain later, but it feels like holding somebody in my arms. Shorter arms and difficult balance.

I can produce the same health benefit with a portable hand bidet.

I do not get any health benefit from others doing this. Just not at the level.

Good way to displace somebody. You might look into a water flush colon irrigation.

But then you might lose something.

Yes disease bag you are also rather stupid.

People have a share of someone elses health? Yes you are a binner.

It’s February 4th.

Do you realize your stomach is protruding and hanging down way below your waist?
You called me a what bag?
Really, how does it feel? Like it dropped, doesn’t it?
Got faith?

I weighed myself at 312.6 this morning. My weight pretty much stays at this and regulates back even if I over eat up 320 in about a week with just regular meals and activity.
This weight was troublesome before, but now it’s much easier to move, I raise my legs higher, squat and reach lower and can clean up on the toilet no problems .
I’m not weighing again until Monday. Really going to cut back on food for next two days.
My goal is under 308 this month and stabilized. I already have better shape in legs and glutes with muscle gains. Everything will look less puffy overall, and than massive stomach reduction.

My stomach has gotten huge . I noticed all the :gorilla: had the same problem for a while but they all reduced. I have crazy dense powerful muscle underneath that pulls so tight and cramps it’s difficult to unlock with all my other limbs and muscles.

Under 308 this month while maintaining muscle :muscle: shouldnt be a problem. I’ll start next month with the goal of under 300 steady. Biggest reduction will be the stomach, as that’s what came up the most. If I can get under 300, any fitness goal is 200% more easily attainable for me.

Reminds me so much of Will. That’s exactly how he treated Mark.
