God, Michele, seriously? Erika found a lump in her throat. It’s probably nothing but it could be cancer. If it isn’t cancer, she takes drugs and she’ll be fine. If it is cancer, she gets a surgery and should be fine as long as she does this quickly. If she waits for it to spread, she won’t hit 50.

I am sorry to hear this but seriously, you should buy her a hyperbaric oxygen chamber and don’t let them do a biopsy on her.
I don’t let them do anything. She chooses her own health care. So far her main concern is that they do the biopsy as quickly as possible.
You know, when they puncture the sack to draw out whatever is in the lump, there is no way they can pull the syringe out without losing cells.
How could you possibly extract a sample big enough to test without losing cells? And you lose cells constantly. About 300 million cells die every minute in our bodies. The whole idea of a biopsy, or any sample collection, is to extract cells from the body and send them over to a lab for testing.
You can’t. That’s the point. It will metastasize.
That is the only way to find out what it is and I do hope it is nothing.
