It’s 1 sandwich which is very small for my body mass. It doesn’t cause excessive diarrhea or stomach cramping. It’s fast easy and cheap. I don’t choke on it or have trouble chewing it.

And it’s better than eating a bm.
Ask yourself the question when you are doing that. Why are you eating that? To replenish lost mass or did you lose face looking into the toilet like some Narcissus?

You make it seem like you are a passionate lover Reggie. Your body writhing with hard flexed muscles, smelling great, fueled perfectly with a loud pounding heart beat and pulse like a freeway at night in fast time lapse. Lungs heaving, chest rising, getting hotter and hotter and harder and harder with every thrust.

But really dude can you even register any blood pressure or vital signs? You are just like a bag of holes leaking a cold cup of coffee. It’s a sick way you try to manage weight. What good does exercise to a body that doesn’t even working organs?

How do you feel about range of motion hip movements or increased blood pressure? Like you are going to lose something like a dried dog dropping scooped up in a piece of rolled paper or some icecream in a pantyhose?

I don’t have to ask myself. I know why I’m eating it.

I made breakfast for Joe this morning. I nibbled on bacon while I was cooking so I didn’t eat because I wasn’t hungry by the time I finished preparing the meal.


I ate a little chicken salad for lunch but the whole chicken wasn’t as tasty as 2 slices of bacon, even after I added dressing. It just didn’t have much flavor. Chicken is a boring food but I can make many things with it.

Looks good. Do your squats or just hold a wall sit. You could have just ate soft vegetables but notice the feeling of somebody’s thighs that do so if they ever bump into you.

I ate this all in one meal and beat the worst possible headache imaginable. I had a terrible dream about people giving me bad advice and difficulty with school subjects. The difficulty thinking was like oxygen starvation to the brain. I set my mind free from what I saw others enslaved to.

A good alternative to bread - sweet potato toast. Thought of Dan when I saw this. Reviews were good. I will give it a try.

But look at the stuff they put on the “toast”. If you’re going to eat that much sugar, might as well have bread.

Fair enough. You could go with the avocado or omit the honey and/or maple syrup.

Yes. Don’t get me wrong, it looks delicious. I just can’t eat like that or I get fat.

Not really. I am diabetic so I have a different set of rules to be healthy than normal people. For example, I can eat an extra large ice cream cone with no particular effect on my blood sugar, but a few slices of white bread and I’ll be through the roof. Those yams wouldn’t do me any good, either. I control my blood sugar with diet only (no insulin) so I have to be really on top of things. I eat bread once a month as a treat. I eat ice cream cones quite regularly though. lol.

Well done for keeping on top of it through diet alone. Do you monitor levels daily? I don’t know a great deal about living with diabetes
