Perhaps that is true where you live but it’s not common in America. So, no relation?
I live in Canada and Natarajan is not a common name at all here. It’s common in Malaysia, Tamil Nadu, Sri Lanka and a few other places.
I have no idea if I’m related to this person. I would think it unlikely.
