Had a horrible night of insomnia and had trouble getting to sleep in the first place. Slept 3 hours and was awoken by a noise. Went outside to investigate it but nothing happening in the 10 PM darkness. Eventually got to sleep again and had nightmares. The 45 second dream of my deceased Aunt Marion in white was nice though.
Went for a walk at 7 AM to Shell bought a sandwhich and walked back. Picked up the little litter I encountered. Service was good by the young white guy no name tag but he mentioned something to the white lady in front of me with a small white child about not wanting to be shot. The reciept lies and says Arifa Arora but she is the Indo girl with the smile.
Had a nice brief convo with a guy doing his morning walk and most everybody else who interacted with me was nice. One white bearded guy was feeding bread with a big smile to seagulls by the water. I queried counties because I know they use that system there and she said yes counties. She mentioned A. Hitler twice and said Jay thought she was a dip. She keeps mentioning negative stuff about Jay so why you hang or stay in contact with him? She said our set was growing in Richmond. HAMC is in my old hometown and the Surrey HA variant and East Van the various Asian crews that said hi young and old never said their name.

In Toronto 20 or 25 mezuellahs were stolen from doors of a complex with a lot of Jews. Larry Brock MP and Mayor Chow and a city councilwoman all condemned it fast. Hope the culprit is brought before the courts. CBC reports fraud cases in Ont reported to police have doubled in a year. That only 10% of cases result in a conviction or guilty plea. Ont promises 500 million for court services as lack of personnel is cited as a major cause of the lack of prosecutions.
