Correct but the addicts paid for 2 years of rehab and they were forced to work without pay including OT to learn a job skill and life skills. I went there and gave it a good review then the gangsters got involved and I saw staff crying on the job.
I made a complaint to the govt got no response but the place closed after less than 2 years later that made the Surrey Now. They have a place in Langley, BC which raises bison and buffallo which I stumbled across.
