Good. I have my first colonoscopy on February 4th. The week long prep is awful. It’s all the foods I hate. I’ll be craving so many fruits and vegetables. Ugh.

Sugar free, this is how I am trying to get the lagging and late day started. Yeah it’s an energy drink and I need to cut and kick these but I’m hoping to make it to 2 fitness back to back fitness classes later today. Going off my usual muscle/weights split.
This is the best way to do these. This apple wasn’t really that bad and I didn’t use one of the smaller ones. Hard to eat apples sometimes and I’ll explain about more workouts and energy drinks later. Digesting and elimination is working well today so I am maximizing that with these pineapples. I did use a little of the syrup.
I did one before with monster ultra ( the white can no sugar). Just one or two fruits. Sometimes I use milk of some type of almond, oat, plant milk.
Sometimes monk fruit ( stevia). Super low dense.
This is Reign Inferno Watermelon , which doesn’t taste like much. Should have picked up some watermelon slices.

This is an old blender I am using until it dies. A lot of people put their souls into these since the 80:s and even before with Jack Lalane. All I have stomached today, don’t know if it’s food or drink

I think the week before my colonoscopy, I’m going to be eating very little.
Load up on chili cheese fries right before.
I had 2 bean and rice burritos after the fitness class yesterday and that was it all day.
Today I filled up on breakfast with some last pieces of salmon and eggs and a bagel. No butter but a garden spread and some cream cheese. That’s not ketchup , it’s actually banana sauce with red and yellow food coloring. Yeah those eggs are runny and with that sauce they are going down like banana slugs. Not thinking just getting down what I feel triggers instinct.
I ate more. I picked at these smoked oysters like I had a beak or bill. I had the idea of adding these mussels to some tortellini after cooking them with
paste. These are 5 cheese and cook in 2 minutes. I added some basil pesto, some mozzarella and parmesan. I’ll shiver this off tonight.
