I started watching locke and key. It’s very juvenile. Written by stephen king’s son. I think it is awful but it is so bad I keep watching.
i think i will skip that one, looks to me like a good series for 8-12 year olds? lol but hey if its entertaining you thats all that matters

I just watched Parasite on Amazon. Subtitles which I don’t mind. Best film in a long time.

Season 2 comes out in a week from tomorrow.
The 1st season was great but had a different actor. This guy plays the same character but other than looking for his dead girlfriend, it might not be related much to the 1st season.
If you are rich you can buy bodies and get a chip implanted in the back of your brain. As long as your chip doesn’t get destroyed and you don’t run out of “sleeves” you can live forever. Kind of like the cloud. The main character I don’t believe knew he had a chip and some rich guy gave him a new sleeve because he was a great detective and fighter. He hires him and brings him back to investigate who killed his last sleeve. It was incredibly violent. Brutal. He is nervous the whole time that once he solves the murder, the rich guy will just dispose of him.
His girlfriend dies at the end of the 1st season and I’m guessing he is hoping her chip is not destroyed although she was in a chopper that was blown up.
yes, looking forward to that since i really liked the first series but too bad joel kinnaman is no longer in it (he was also great in ‘the killing’ but lets not mention his robocop movie lol)

Quell was 47 years old when this came out. She looks amazing.
I watched Picard again tonight. It is not as brilliant as Battlestar Galactica’s reboot but it is fun. Easily the best Star Trek content in 20 years. I especially like the Romulan kid. “Please my friends, choose to live.”

lol its pretty bad and even worse than startrek discovery if you think about it but if you just enjoy the picard ride its very entertaining
dont forget to watch the ready rooms for some behind the scenes stuff 
I don’t think so. I can’t get into Discovery. Too much mysticism and mumbo-jumbo. It’s way too far down the fantasy road for me.

Another week, another episode of Picard. I would prefer if you hated it, Nico, so that I can be at variance with you as usual. The evil Romulan woman is very elegant. I quite like her.
ah sorry… it was another enjoyable episode with nice guest appearances by riker and troi, they really got old though lol
I have not seen most of these. I think I’ve seen maybe 5 or 6. Avatar, the dark knight, et, the Schwarzenegger ones.
Oh. I saw the 1st Jurassic park too. I didn’t dislike any of those.
True but I liked that about them. Getting old is not a flaw. It is the natural outcome of life. They look dignified and pleasant. When they smile it feels sincere. The idea of these nearly-70-year-olds having a teenage daughter was a bit silly but whatever.

I don’t think troi could ever be unattractive but there comes a point when sex appeal is gone. Which is a good thing. Kind of creepy to find 80 year olds attractive.
What were your favorites and least favorites?
I liked all that I saw so really can’t say. I notice the 1st blade runner didn’t make it. I hated that movie actually.
