Let‘s see then, Reggie. Here are the 3 questions of mine you didn’t answer yet but rather kept on whining and finding silly excuses for dodging them.

  1. Now, submission means that only the dominant ones opinion counts at the end. How could this exploiting and controlling attitude not affect the submissive partner eventually in a negative way?

  2. What, if that very couple for example lived 20 years happily together before one of them ends in a wheelchair due to a permanent illness without being able to work again - and the „able“ partner doesn’t want to pay?

  3. Or to use the scenario from my post, where they found a family with one partner being the (main) provider and the other staying at home to take care of the kids and the household, with no or low income, Let‘s say they separate after 20 years and the former (main) provider refuses to pay?

how are those 3 questions a favorite music video?

easy enough:

sexpistols - submission

needtobreathe - able

taran - income

Submission doesn’t mean that. It means one person makes the final decision, ideally after considering the opinion of the other. This is the only way things get done in my opinion. In your equality fantasy, if one partner wants to buy green and the other wants to buy blue and there is no final arbiter, nothing gets purchased. Nothing gets done. Progress is almost always driven by one strong person.

In Canada (and I would guess in Germany), the courts would force the able partner to pay. I totally agree with this.

Again, the courts would force the financially solvent partner to pay. Again, I totally agree with this.

Your new examples of a spouse paying for the support of a dependent partner are a far cry from your previous declarations that a financially able partner should immediately hand over half his worldly possessions and earnings to the other partner who stays at home and doesn’t do profitable work. This is simply ridiculous.

Your new examples, by the way, also have nothing to do with your equality fantasy. The financially able partner in Canada is not required to give over half. He is required to give whatever the courts decide is a fair amount, and that could be less or more than half.

I disagree, but I would like to hear your reasoning for this opinion of yours.

First, where‘s the difference between your and my definition of submission?

Second, ridiculous is your claim I allegedly said, that the financially able partner should immediately hand over half his worldly possessions and earnings to the other partner who stays at home and doesn’t do profitable work. Here‘s what I really said: „But if both partners agree in division of tasks in form that one of them stays (mainly) at home to do the housework and to take care of the family while the other becomes the main provider, then yes, in case of separation, the money both earned from that time on (without any inheritance) or rather what is still left from that income and earned possession/assets/pension should be shared 50/50. The work and care for the family is just as important as any profession.“

So, what exactly do you critizice here and why?

Women are about 80% more likely than men to file for divorce, because they feel oppressed, marginalized and undervalued. In short, they don‘t feel to be respected as an equal partner. That you can’t understand this, is sad but not surprising. That you additionally wrongly accuse me for years of wanting to dominate men but have no problems to demand submission from your wife, is ridiculous. And a plain lie as well as double standard. But also no surprise.

I don’t know which part you disagree with but I can tell you, I disagree with both you and Reg. I mean, the whole debate the 2 of you had was about love but Reg came in from a one-sided angle and you took it to a monetary level.

It turns out Clapton is a horrible person
Not as bad as Tiger woods or mel Gibson, but pretty bad.

I don‘t know if that song even counts as rap, but it‘s my favourite piece where at least partly rap is involved. I neither like Aerosmith nor RunDMC, but this piece simply rocks for me. Great and funny video too. After playing and recording of that song, I wouldn‘t have mind if all involved had died in a mass shooting, though.

A pleasant thought to begin the new year with. lol. Happy New Year, Gunda.

My second favourite rap song is Ice Ice Baby. Minus the vocal part, which is horrible and applies to rap in general, which is the reason why I dislike rap. The pronunciation as well as the lyrics. And disgusting jewelry and fashion style. But the keyboard and guitar parts are cool. At the other side, they stole this part from Pressure by Queen and Bowie. And that song I love.

Ah, forget that crap rap and let‘s hear great music again. Volume up.

That song is a monument for me in the music history. Queen has put out quite a few on that level.

Here‘sanother one. God, just great. But now I need to get me some breakfast, because the dogs already want to get out.

Ok, ok, one last before I go. It’s so awesome, that they even can use a tender acoustic guitar in their rich and usual bombastic arrangements.

yayy queen… lovely music and freddie was the best performer ever!
dont know of anyone else that put a salami sausage in their pants just to look good

(the movie is pretty good too despite many claiming things were a bit nastier in reality than was portrayed in that movie lol)

interesting little docu about how queen might have saved liveaid (after first being the bad boys for playing in southafrica before) by inspiring geldoff with their performance:

You’re starting to sound like a stuffy Brit. Love the music though.

That Vanilla Ice guy ended up being quite a loser. And Queen is simple minded trash, but I quite like it. David Bowie is just intolerably horrid.
