I was invited to Emerson, Lake and Palmer. They are only playing 20 minutes away this Thursday. I haven’t seen this friend for a year and my guess is his girlfriend doesn’t want to go. I think he’s 64 but probably has more energy than I do. I only know 1 song by them and it seems only the drummer is still alive lol. I have a feeling I’ll like catching up and once the music starts I’m going to have to do some pinching to stay awake.
Their most famous line was “Welcome back my friends to the show that never ends.” They’re making good on that. lol.
