B17-1DM red car tires have no rims parked on Jacobsen Way. Guy says today that he is Surrey HA and that Surrey H.A. doesn’t think he is a cop. Turned insulting to me two days ago. White male with white beard and a dog over 65. Smokes weed and tobacco. In last 48 hours someone smashed his front window with something on the passenger side. Previously when he was driving his RV he didn’t bother anyone and I gave him $100 which he thanked me for at the time. He said his RV caught fire. It was white with Empress written on the back. Ppl claiming to be Surrey H.A. Have threatened me in Richmond and in Surrey with death several times over the years. The White gent with the good ab pack and white hair with the silver car plate starts with J told me earlier this year some guys told him and his freinds to leave. Subsequently there was a small arson at Jacobsen and Riverside. At Ironwood Library 2 men one a Indo with a plain white shirt he said he was Surrey H.A. and that they had driven out 2 ppl from Jacobsen that were living in tents. 3-5 cars with ppl in them here at night all mobile and 7 tents in the bushes. One tent one guy with a truck and a small trailer on Rice Mill Rd 2 blocks south of here.
Was at the Rogers store at Richmond Center today took the female Asian clerk 10 minutes to do a simple 2 minute Chatr update. Male Asian seemingly in charge said he was HA. His ugly White customer said all sorts of lies and insults and said HA was her only way to get rich.
Bought jeans at Old Navy in the afternoon Black male employee said all sorts of pro HA stuff in the fitting room area.
The Smiling Sushi place next to Blundell Coin Laundry 5 Asian males said all sorts of pro crime stuff with 2 saying they were protected by HA.
Shoppers Drug Mart Richmond Center cashier f pointed at me and said it was my fault the place was lit. Security guard was freindly.
Tesla chargers at Richmond Center turbanned man tried to recruit me for his gang.
2 nights ago by the closed for the night Fresh Slice at Steveston and 5 Rd white male old with baseball cap said he was Surrey HA and if I was tough I could hang with them. Next day he was with a bigger Indo man outside the Starbucks just north of the RCMP building on 5 Rd. He said I was going to be raped in prison and put his finger through a hole in his other fist. I mouthed both of them off good and when I came back 10 minutes later they were gone. Man White making deliveries at the front door heard the whole thing.
Shell Rd just by the river two cars dumped both dirty, no plates and with moss on them. Same place a car was dumped previously. Been there 48 hours.
Indo security guard Paladin at Richmond Center today was again freindly.

Saw a White male long hair blonde with knife and plain black shirt at 5 and Blundell telling two ppl one a Indo to leave but they were already leaving on foot eastward he walked into one of the buildings at the NE corner there where Fantasy Gardens was years ago.
Here at Minoru Library saw the red car guy and his dog at the park on Rice Mill Rd this morning.
Woman behind me ( I am at BHCZ13) 3:30 PM with child claims to know the guy who was with Dennis the ticket scalper at ACDC and who I saw at the Roman Baber event in Surrey. He was at Reg’s wedding and saw him with a Harley dress shirt at the Easy Does It Club in Newton. He has never made any attempt to talk to me or vica versa. Tall white guy.
