When you are a stiff there is only one substance that is proper to give to you for sustenance. It is not only for you to learn and understand your condition and how you should behave, but for an individual like me who has to learn how you are to be treated and what not to accept from you concerning behavior and truth.
When you are a stiff who has become a stiff due to gluttony you know exactly what that sustenance is and you know you can get only what is classified as that sustenance. You know the terrible feelings of your condition.
What I know is your tactics to make it seem not so.
I fill up right before a workout, Sometimes I eat during workouts. Often times I will cut a workout in half and get something to eat.
Sometimes I donāt eat before or after for half a day.
That means dropping weight. And it is the dead weight that has to go first as priority number 1. You have to come to terms with that.
Iām more than willing to meet a stiff halfway, but stiffs are stiffs just because of that marker.
If you want to help somebody out like that or just stop them from hurting you to the point that they overcome you and put you in a more miserable state then they were in just to step over you this is a really good article.
3 and another good 3 points. You have to be firm with these people who are getting firm with you as a kind of reverse psychology.

Mark, my last contribution in this thread (before just now) was over 2 weeks ago about vegetarian meat alternatives. I even ignored the nasty and fattening meal post you made in the other thread. Iām not your enemy.
I ate the fattiest meal I possibly could yesterday. As a result I look and feel great and, my muscle tone is improved and my overall body mass is a lot better to the touch and firmer. I didnāt take any pictures but I bought a breaded pork chop. When I start slicing into it I was worried for a moment about what you might say. But then I donāt really care because your jaw looks like it is going to drop right off your face.
To my surprise almost the entire mass under the breading was very white. I thought I got ripped off giving me a breaded thick slice of pork that was over 3/4 fat mass. But this wasnāt typical squishy fat. It was white and hard and did not melt to grease and had fibers in it like collagen. It is kind of like the quality fat you find on my body that you donāt find on yours. When I finally got to the meat despite it being top quality, it was actually a poorer quality substance than that surrounding fat/connective mass.
I slept better, I healed better, I went to to the bathroom better, I was in less pain.
Maybe I slept alone, but I slept over 12 hours in a condition you never achieved.
True you are not my enemy. But you use a pole or buoy to rescue somebody who canāt swim because they are just dangerous.
Not to mention I lifted heavier weights today than I have all year.
Fat makes a difference. My fat does.
