It’s probably easy to advise other states when you live in nanoscopic wealthy states populated by the highest intelligence in the country who can afford to offer the best education, technology, healthcare, security and highways. Go live in a poor state and then send forth your highly anticipated instruction.
According to Newsom, there’s no hope for that.
