It just seems like you can not maintain that mass. It is breaking down at too fast a rate. Iām sure with your metabolism you could easily go through 3 gallons of ice cream or frozen yogurt a day but it doesnāt solve the problem. You cannot hold your consistency and shape.
Something is going to have to come off if you canāt stop it on your own.
Mark, you are so wrong. I can get away with eating ice cream now and then, but if I eat too much of anything, I gain weight extremely quickly. It takes great discipline to keep my weight in the 80s. Most days I throw vegetables in a pot and eat nothing else all day. I eat almost no meat. This idea that I have a remarkable metabolism and can eat anything I want is just not true.
Your body is converting them to ice cream then. I think milk can be produced from almost every pore. Something might be wrong.

I think they are assuming it is but it is still easier to catch it, if you are close to someone breathing on you with no mask that has it.

It probably is true. Democrats pronounce judgment on Republicans every day. They continue to manipulate the system to protect themselves from the release of damaging classified information. They use public shaming, mocking and ridiculing of Trump under the guise they are doing it for the world when if fact their work is sewn in destruction.
