I calculate that you need about 3500 calories daily to maintain your current weight. If you could drop that to 2000 or 1500, you would immediately start to see daily weight loss. If you don’t, you won’t. It’s not rocket science.

When it is not your place, it is not your place to give calorie advice Reggie. I know you spoke of your 100 rep arm sets. This is a corona virus thread and most deaths are due to respiratory failure. What you are doing with those arms of yours is the equivalent of breathing to me. You know where those arms would be on my body? If you guessed lower chest you are correct. If you think you you have another term for my lower chest, then you are probably right.
