Pretty easy.
Anyone played trice chess? Iâd be interested. Not sure where to play it and probably impossible to find a set. They might have to switch to it in 20 years when guys get so good they canât lose. It seems nobody would draw in trice chess.
I checked it out. A rook with additional knight moves and a bishop with additional knight moves named the chancellor and archbishop respectively. The archbishop can apparently can change from one of two different shades or colors. Perhaps they should have named it the anole.
10x10 vs 8x8
I have come up with a strategy that works well with time and controlling of an area by use of knight and repeat check. To save time first the knightâs position is back up by an attacking piece and then at least 3 of the knights possible 8 moves from its square are also in check by pieces. Rapidly tick tacking between these squares in under 1 second while the opponent takes at least 3-4 times the amount of time to try and solve the predicament builds time in my favor whilst the opponentâs is squandered. The opponent cannot use my move time to study the board while I utilize my opponentâs time to do so. when I get a considerable time lead glancing from my mounted position in the confusion I get a clear view of and end to the game. I call it Extreme Rocking Horse. Extreme Rocking Horse to gain superior position and dominate the opponent. Extreme Rocking Horse to vaporize the the time and cause panic, confusion, and pressure. Extreme Rocking Horse to play the game at lightning fast moves and leave the opponent dazed and bewildered unable to track back far enough when the trap was set up.
I wonder if the loud mouth fraud grizzlyelvis would consent to a match. It really doesnât matter. His consent wonât be necessary to experience the shame of defeat by us of Extreme Rocking Horse. LOL.
Itâs hard to play against an opponent who is the strongest piece on the board even if he is the only piece.
It is done on an 8x10 board. It seems the queen is still the most powerful piece on the board although the archbishop can checkmate without help from another piece and no adjacent enemy pieces blocking the kingâs movement. No other piece can say that.
The inventor played a game against judit polgar years ago. He got the better of it early and was very aggressive but eventually got destroyed once she survived 20 moves.
I should have counted to avoid using one of the only two necessary operations in mathematics.
Ahh yes, weâll all chess AI plays at Level 20 ExtremelyHard then makes an error or more to adjust its level.
If not baited and playing on the simplest level the AI will use very advanced control of an area, advanced openings, traps and endings. It will bring them to near or full formation and fruition, then make a move totally irrelevant or take bait
The play is always Extremely Hard and balanced only by Severe Error.
Edited to add fruition. That to judged by.
It sounds interesting, but itâs just hard for me to get interested in a brain challenge when my smart watch can beat me at any brain game. It was ok when some humans could beat me. I could accept that. Iâm not the strongest, smartest or most game-skilled human. Now that strength and skill are cheap commodities provided by machines, it seems silly to develop that skill. Sort of like testing who can haul the most coal in a world full of freight trains.
Oh I donât care or play against computers. I just ignore them.
This game would be difficult for me. The chancellor (knight/rook) would take some getting used to. I guess I can understand why it is not easy to pick up chess at a later age. I played against an eccentric individual. He was watching a teacher teach chess to kids for free. He was very awkward and didnât like kids but wanted to learn to teach it. At nursing homes! Could you imagine trying to learn it at 85? What was he thinking.
lol teaching at a nursing home, nice idea and sure if these streamers can learn to play chess:
why not someone aged 85? i can imagine it would require a looooooooot of patience though;)
doesnt look very good from that trailer but its about chess so sure ill give it a go;)
