Stray cats go always under the radar, as you often don‘t know if it has an owner or not. But also they suffer terribly.
I never see stray cats here. I would be surprised if you see them in the good part of the EU.
Many stray cats also in the good parts of the EU. Cats aren’t just as visible.

And on this note I am going to put Jamie into my car to drive to a nice long walk along the river Regen to the dog strand with a big sand bank.
