Ford is recalling 230000 trucks because the tailgate can just pop open unexpectedly. Why does that need to be controlled electronically?
BMW had a recall for airbags on their M series. They used the same airbag company and now there is a recall on the recall. Could you imagine spending 100000 on a car and they can’t get the airbags right?

The airbag company probably knew what they were doing in hopes of a big profit but I doubt they will be held accountable. They should have to restore what they destroyed by their selfish greed. Perhaps we can find a way to blame God.
Porsche is recalling their 2020 911s because their hazard lights are not working properly. Specifically, there is a computer glitch and they won’t turn on. That’s when you know cars have gotten too complicated.
Makes you wonder about the cars that have steering-by-wire and brake-by-wire, where there’s no physical connection between the brake pedal and the brakes (and same for the steering of course).
Honda made a purely electric car. I’m not sure they want you to buy it, but it has some neat features. There are no mirrors. Just rain resistant cameras so you can see quite well in poor weather where you mirrors would be. This is a quite pathetic range of 137 miles. They also make the best engines. Seems around 35000 USD. Funny that the koreans are making the more expensive electric cars than the Japanese.
This guy’s YouTube account is carpervert. It’s a well done video. Pretty detailed. Excellent camerawork.
Yes too much sitting can take 8 years off your life. So can diabetes and wine everyday. So can smoking. So can poor nutrition and lack of exercise. So does being impotent.
You are asking for 8 more years in the best shape and performance ever.
