I know, Reg. Our national debit has ballooned to $36 trillion and in my opinion that is unsustainable. That’s what makes DOGE so important. They have already found $550 billion in waste. Cutting this wasteful spending alone is already doing wonders to eliminate all the government abuse we have unwittingly suffered and you can’t really argue against the fraud that has been committed in our name…or, I mean, I guess you can but I don’t know how anyone can defend this deceptive behavior. Speaking of deceptive behavior, have you yet read about the $9 billion our Department of Defense gave Reuters to study large-scale social deception?

Will that destroy the US? Certainly not. The US will survive with a reduction in Canadian tourists.

Will it hurt the US? Absolutely.

No, I think you’re wrong about that, Dan. Trump is demanding Reuters return the funds for that study. $9 billion. I’m guessing there were 9 journalists participating in the study with each receiving a billion a piece. They should have studied the consequences to studying social deception before studying social deception.

for researching defenses against deception

not revealed by “DOGE investigations”; was a public record, visible online for many years

I think the biggest lie, however, is that you didn’t note that this HAPPENED UNDER TRUMP. This was a Trump contract that was awarded, and is now being cut as though he’s come kind of hero. Idiotic.

Do you not think it is a good idea to develop automated defenses?
