Canada

“Stupid” is ignoring the attack on freedom or lying about it in fear and not being willing to do something about it.

George Orwell - Freedom is the right to say, no.

If you can’t say no to taking a vaccination without losing your job and you can’t be heard so you protest and they still won’t even talk to you and instead just threaten to take away all your means to live like all your money, THEN you can’t say, no, and only a coward would give up his right to freedom!

Trudeau is fast becoming the most hated leader in the world and he only represents a small percentage of the Canadian people and he doesn’t care. Canada is losing it and has serious problems.

George Orwell didn’t say “Freedom is the right to say, no.”. He did say that freedom is the right to tell people what they do not want to hear. We all have that freedom on this site but it doesn’t help me much as you appear to be quite deaf.

Trudeau is not the most hated leader in the world. Not close. He is at 32% right now. The Conservatives are at 33%. The NDP and Bloc are lower. Trudeau did botch this protest, however.

This whole thing is stupid. If I park in the wrong place in downtown Vancouver, I get a ticket. If I leave my car there for long enough, I get towed. The truckers got towed. This is not a new holocaust.

The problem with Canada’s/Trudeau’s actions plainly spelled out.

Trump used munitions to quell black unrest in Washington. He wanted to deploy 10,000 troops but saner people in government wouldn’t let him. We deployed a few hundred police and nobody died.

Half truth. They did more than just deploy a few hundred police. They allowed police to trample on the innocent, which should be prosecuted but they won’t even be charged with a crime because the victim I saw trampled was white and a woman.

I haven’t fact-checked this but I don’t really think it matters. Even if I am posting a lie here, what difference does it make. I mean, it’s not like I’m going to burn in Hell for it.

Agreed, it doesn’t matter at all.

None. We’re used to it.

Good. Maybe someday you can teach me that too.

This made me chuckle.

You should buy it. It fits your boring personality.

Did you like the sushi post?

Yeah, I liked the smoke.

I thought the Bible said thou shalt not bear false witness against your neighbor. Lieing is a sin. Tsk tsk.

No, Kitten. According to the wise men here, there is no God, no Heaven, no Hell, so there are no consequences to lying. I know that’s the truth because I know these people here are very intelligent and they wouldn’t lie to us.

Heck, I lie on a daily basis…

Of course it depends on your level of lieing, white lies, gray lies, something worse.

My 11 year old knows about the tooth fairy (or lack thereof) but still believes in Santa.

Hey we have a lot in common. I get accused of lying on a daily basis lol

I don’t know what my level is. I know I don’t like it. I know I feel convicted immediately upon doing it. I know even one lie can destroy many lives.

What a terrible lie I told our children also. We have to break that cycle/generational curse. I announced the end of traditional Christmas celebrations last year because of the advertising lie that is passed off as a Holy day to the Lord. You would have thought the world ended that day. Some of my grandchildren even cried. The point is, mega corporations profit while we race out searching for the perfect gift that someone may not like. There’s so much mental conditioning to buy something the message of Christ is forgotten.

I agree 100%. I haven’t traded gifts with my family since I was a child. I buy Isa gifts at Christmas but never anything extravagant and usually stuff she just needs and would buy anyway. Our Christmas is all about enjoying time with friends and our small family. I spend no more in December than I do any other month.

I was hoping the sushi would gross you out but I got no reaction so you win this one. lol.

I think it was on Amazon Prime… First Peoples. Going back scientifically to how the first religions developed.

Have you seen Albert Lin on Disney Plus-National Geographic. He explores the stories of the Jews leaving Egypt and Sodom and Gammorrah stories. It is presented in a very interesting manner. I would be curious to read what you think.

Rather than placing your faith into scientifically derived fairytale hypothesis I’d suggest learning about the Biblical account of the Progressive Revelation of Jesus Christ, which takes you back to the very foundation.

It is fascinating… how other ancient societies around the world differ from what Biblical records indicate.
