I contacted the bank but so far got no response.
Was at the Parksville BMO today. Chi Thé Asian teller gave good service. The other teller greeted a customer who walked in and told her that they were not allowed to talk about Shirley Gelz. The bank has not responded to my original complaint. Branch transit # 3820 10:05:53 AM.
My bad the one I went to today was in Nanaimo.
I was surprised at the amount of drug activity I saw in Nanaimo when I was last there. It’s not looking great.
When I visited in 2019 someone tried to sell me heroin. News reports since then show it worse and that is my personal experience.
At least Parksville and Qualicum Beach are pretty pristine.
Great nature here. Ate a sandwhich under the gazebo thing by the ocean on Island Highway this morning. Had a two hour walk picked up all the litter along the way there wasn’t much and saw a group of 5 deer. Later posted to my IG two deer in the parking lot where I live.
Made a formal complaint to BMO about tellers at their Campbell River, BC location. Specifically stated the Black female teller who always wears a name tag was not the subject of my complaint. White female teller with name tag pointed at her and two Indo male tellers without name tags and said, “ No one cares about them.” On my first visit.
Jan. 27 2026 Indo teller said Jay would be sucking his dick in prison.
Feb . 2 Joe will get a forklift job a Indo teller no name tag told me. Exact word for word what I heard a guy with a plain blue shirt yell into the Chinese corner store in Hope, BC opposite the post office there. Obviously some sort of conspiracy to quote Lynryd Skynyrd. My first visit one teller Indo no name tag kept talking about crime in Whalley for away from Campell River. I complimented them BMO for getting me a full refund from X. This was the second fraud on me from X first time BMO did not care but this time they said they would investigate it as a fraud and I got a full refund though not a apology or explanation. 1-877-225-5266 is the number I made a complaint to guy said they would get back to me in 5-7 business days.
Well it’s 17 days later and no response from BMO the bank of liars. I called the number on the back of my credit card about another matter they were able to explain that but when I asked twice about the other matter she twice the lady gave a non answer.
42 views. Glad someone takes an interest. The banks make record profits they should have the same level of service as 7 years ago.
