They’re just agnostics who go to church or like to identify with their heritage. I agree with most you said here, except the „false Christian“ part. Why is someone not a Christian if he doesn‘t believe the Bible is the word of his God, as it was written by humans? If he refers to Jesus as a role model, he neither can justify any discrimination on women or homosexuals or any other person, nor can he justify violence or anyother immoral behaviour, as not even the Bible states suchs doings by him. I don‘t respect their belief into a deity just as I don‘t respect the belief into any deity by whomever religious adherent, but I do very much respect that person for viewing all others as equals (no, that doesn‘t mean every man and every woman can carry the same weight or run as fast etc.).

Such a Christian might not be a Catholic Christian, Sunni Muslim or Orthodox Jew etc., but just because humans wrote a silly book and formed traditions based on whatever they thought happened and mixed it with their cultural world view at that time, doesn’t mean thats what every believer of that basic faith has to believe in too.
That trans example doesn’t fit at all, as here you have clear biological features. A man born with a penis never can be a biological woman. Regardless if he identifies as one.

if by biological you mean relating to a living organism or natural process and you see all modifications whether they are mental or physical as a natural process then clearly a man born with a penis can easily become a biological woman 
If some guys mind doesn’t harmony with his biological sex, he can take as many views and redefine the terminology as he wants, but his body always will work differently than that of a woman. He always will be able to punch harder and run faster for example.
