Noticed two White men on a bench on Old Yale Rd one with Dollerama green bag I heard a scream or two as I walked down University Drive toward the library. Looked back and the guy without the bag was yelling and rolling west on the sidewalk . Woman white in purple jacket cellphone in hand was saying call 911 as White male walked that is WALKED away east on Old Yale Rd towards KGH with a plain and clean white hat. Eventually 6 SPS cruisers showed up with firetruck also eventually. Indo officer got out of a cruiser its tires smoking and walked eastward with a automatic weapon out. Got about 12 minutes of video will post it to Tiktok and Youtube later. Purple jacket yelled this set is nothing as I walked away.
