Looked back and the guy without the bag was yelling and rolling west on the sidewalk . Woman white in purple jacket cellphone in hand was saying call 911 as White male walked that is WALKED away east on Old Yale Rd towards KGH with a plain and clean white hat. Eventually 6 SPS cruisers showed up with firetruck also eventually. Indo officer got out of a cruiser its tires smoking and walked eastward with a automatic weapon out.
