I hope Ukraine kicks some Russian ass but the proof is in the results. Right now it’s just talk. Let’s see them do it. I doubt we’ll have to wait long. ---

Twitter and Telegram are exploding with news that Wagner is declaring war on Russia. I do not know if any of this is true, but I have watched video of an explosion in St. Petersburg and army vehicles blocking roads in Moscow. The game might just be changing right now. ---

I despise my government, especially Scholz. I feel ashamed he alone in the government refuses to give the Ukrainians that little Taurus rocket. As if he still neither realizes the danger especially our country as well as Western Europe faces if Russia wins, nor that time plays for Russia. I hope the Republicans don‘t risk having to face not just China but also Russia in the increasing rivalry if not war to come. A Russia losing the current imperialistic war is also in their essential interest. I can‘t express my respect for the brave Ukrainians still defending their country despite their high blood toll and terrible living conditions. ---

I don’t really believe Russia will attack Poland or the Baltics, but I do believe Moldova is vulnerable. Georgia, too. Possibly Belarus. Russia has emerged from this remarkably unscathed. Their grocery stores are well stocked and people have money to buy things. The roads are full of traffic and people have enough money to buy cars and gas. The Bolshoi Ballet is operating as usual. Now you are irritated because the war is taking too long and the price is too high, which indicates that you are never satisfied. I hear what you’re saying but I’ve voiced the same opinion about our cost (80 billion now) many times in the past but that has always fallen on deaf ears so idk what to tell you but learn to live with it. ---

I am irritated that the outcome is now obvious and Ukraine is going to lose. Given that reality, I wonder if it makes much sense for us to carry on this war.
