I think it was a good strategy buying Chinese steel. I think it would be a good strategy buying N.K. steel. It’s a matter of pride in being able to produce quality and volume and lowest prices. Maybe they have to do anything to export it as it might be toxic in some way or just have a frozen in unmovable weight affect on people. Maybe they want to keep exporting it at great amount as to not let on how much they have left. All we owe them is money and you have now seen through the CARES act how easily that can simply be produced out of thin air. How can you maintain and upgrade and replenish a military if you deplete your steel resources? Recycling? ---

Why would you call it chinese steel anyway? Simply because it manufactured in china or because it is not yet paid for in full and they can repossess it somehow? They do realize if war is declared then they will not be able collect on the debt. Bank notes can be printed or digital currency can simply be added by data entry, but what about steel? It seems they have won by debt, but then it is just unpaid steel they lost. ---
