Visitors my ass. Gallup surveyed the Godless Filthy Dutch themselves. Even the Russians are cleaner (which I admit surprised me). No surprise at all that the Muslim nations were cleanest. One of the few things I agree with in Islam is that their holy book makes not washing with water after using the bathroom a sin.
