I really never saw the mesentery or omentum in anatomy diagrams or models. Upon discovery I thought the whole peritoneum was nothing but cancer rather than gut fortitude. Creeping fat like that really makes you feel creepy. Mine has been behaving strangely almost like it detaches and starts twisting and turning and even turning itself inside out. Life had a terrible outlook for a moment, but nothing is that bad. ---
