I’d lose weight on that diet from not eating. Sweet potatoes are a no no. ---

I love sweet potatoes. Just not mashed up with marshmallows in a casserole. Poke a couple holes in it, bake in the oven or microwave, peel, and slice. Drizzle some honey on it. Yum. Add some lightly steamed sweet Peas and some ham. Pig, cow, chicken and/or turkey are great to eat. My in-laws raise two turkeys one year. Thanksgiving and Christmas. They tasted delicious. The chickens were great too. When I was in grade school I had a classmate whose parents raised pigs for food. They were yummy too. One year we had a good bonus from Walmart and bought half a cow. We had a dozen roasts, many t bone steaks, and items. Lasted us 6months in the freezer. ---

You will lose your appetite but you will feel better and have more energy. You may experience increased focus but decreased performance. It causes an increase in your LDL cholesterol, insomnia, an increased risk in heart disease, diabetes and cancer. There has to be balance. Too much meat is well…too much fat. However, you will lose weight. Unfortunately, you can’t eat any fruit on Keto. Except strawberries. What kind of idiotic diet eliminates fruit. The kind our government approves. ---

Unpleasant. I am commuting a lot lately. Today it was just too snowy, which is very rare for here. This climate change crap is unfortunate. I note the evolution from “global warming” to “climate change”. The latter just lets us blame all bad weather on a bogeyman. Global warming is far more correct. The earth is getting warmer. This just results in weird extremes, occasionally. ---

Indeed. Winters here in new England are getting warmer. We have no snow on the ground. We are supposed to get 4 inches Friday. ---

Nicescafe… all our snow is melted. Some spots still have it where the plows have piled it hight, but for the most part it is all gone. Until the next storm… ---
