I guess states that do not require inspections, do not have a higher death by accident rate. They seem too busy to make shit up here. Very rude woman behind me. If anyone is going to get screwed, probably her. She gave the guy attitude because he wouldn’t throw out her car trash. She either needs to go to a detailer or dump. I wouldn’t expect the mechanic to remove the trash. Then she gave him attitude, when he said “no.” ---

Needs new shocks, engine coolant and spark plugs. Not surprised about any of it. Especially the shocks. The woman behind me was all set. They were probably annoyed with her. I did pee in her gas tank before she left, so she’ll probably be back soon. ---

If appraisals there are the same as appraisals here, there is no way to do that. They’ll just pick whatever number they think it’s worth, and that will be almost entirely dependent on what other similar houses in your area have sold for.
