I went to Ikea just now. For the first time ever in my life, I stopped at the restaurant. We had three vegetarian hot dogs and two Nordic Sweet Waters (whatever those are). Total bill $5. For my whole life I’ve heard people talk about the restaurant at Ikea. Now I understand why. ---

I had to google: _The veggie dog is made from kale, red lentils, quinoa, onion, carrots, and spices like ginger and turmeric. It’s topped with pickled red cabbage, spicy mustard, and roasted onions._ It’s quite good. Nothing I’d drive across town for but it only costs a dollar. It’s probably the best thing I’ve ever eaten at that price. ---

Three dogs, two Nordic Sweet Waters, each cost about a dollar. We both left quite full for $5. PS: The Nordic Sweet Water is just fountain pop, but with interesting flavours. ---
