I despised Arnold for most of his career, albeit I admit I liked Terminator and would still watch its reruns on tv - if I would turn the tv on, lol. But maybe I was wrong about him. At least I like how he treats his animals. He even let his miniature donkey, horses and pigs into the house.
My opinion changed several years ago, when I once watched him saying on some talk show, that he teaches his son to switch off the light if not needed. Somehow, that impressed me positively, lol.
P.S. I don’t envy Arnold for anything but his ability to keep miniature horses and a donkey. I really, really would like to be able to have that too. If I was a billionare, I would open an animal sanctuary and try politics to teach children at school social skills and ethics, which includes also our treatments of animals. That animals pretty much have similar feelings humans have.

I posted this already once, but it made me laugh this morning, as if I watched it the first time. Actually, it gets funnier with each more time. Maybe, because I am at the end of a very stressful week and feel mentally in a similar state like German bf, lol. I am really glad, when I savely get it to the weekend, looking forward for a saturday I only spend time with my dogs. They deserve it and I as well. The weather forecast is promising a mild, sunny autumn day. 
Anyway, it’s stunning how different our hearing skills are, depending on the language we are raised with. That Uyen doesn’t hear the Ü in her name and the sweet but helpless sigh of her partner, is so funny. Likewise, like her german bf (now husband, but I will always call him german bf), I don’t hear any difference in those allegedly different words she says, lol. It could be chicken language indeed. I so feel with him, here. Luckily, both take it with great humour and patience.

As Gov in frustration he gave up state control of the state penal system to the Feds despite as all Republicans he supports states rights.

I have enough money to grant myself a nice vacation once a year and that’s it. My pets and my romanian street dog organisation get all the rest. I couldn’t afford a new car. Only used ones. My recent car was 8 years old, when I bought it.
And no, I wouldn’t buy me a new iPad anymore. I wouldn’t even have one, if not Uli was pressuring me in New York back then. It’s nothing I really need. My laptop is for online errands. And for the rest, my mobile phone will have to be enough.
I have a kindle, but I never use it.

Sure, if I eventually miss the tablet, then i might buy me one again. But surely no iPad. Maybe some Samsung. Come to think of it, most of the bigger tech I own is Asian, lol. My mobile phones were always Samsung. My tv is Samsung. My car is Suzuki (Swift). I only went for Apple once and that wasn’t even really my choice back then. I just bought me a trail cam, an Izeeker IG 600. No clue where that company is from. Anyway, regardless where the company sits, the camera surely was produced in China, lol.
