In America, we would not say to have a good conscience if we caused damage, but “in” good conscience we would not go eat and leave a mess for someone else to clean up.
Oh I would have loved a Michael Kinahan as a sport teacher (minus his view on doping, ahem). I never was allowed to join a football team or any sport club, as there simply didn‘t exist one for girls. But I know I would have loved it.
This is not just a very well written funny letter, but the best read yet. The readers brilliant deliverance boosts the fun of it‘s content out to space, lol.
Lazy police. I once had to lead by foot policemen who followed me in their car to a gully without a manhole cover (some idiot removed it), which I detected on a walking round in Regensburg, because they were too stupid to find it or rather, didn‘t want to leave the car to search for it as that gully was on the pedestrian way and not to be seen from the street. So they called me when I was home already again and asked me to go the whole way back to show them. Idiots. I should have written a complaint, but I am just too kind.
lol nice job and yes some are just as lazy as other humans
did you tell them to use google maps in the future? oh wait that could cause issues too if you said its right next to the gulf of mexico instead of gulf of america lol
I am pretty sure Google won‘t rename the map name for the Gulf of Mexico for European customers.
if they are smart they wont but they already did for usa
I know, but they also said they won‘t rename it for other customers.
lol uh huh for now… they have a long record of broken promises
Well, if they would, maybe then the Europeans finally would pave the way for a European browser company, if they already don‘t comprehend the economic advantages.
lol great reactions from the players and that guy
I am surprised to hear that sending back a gift, which probably also was expensive, is not seen as too impolite in the USA, but maybe the manners back then we’re still more direct, lol. I love it, lol. Sad, that such poesy in conversation is gone.
This reminds me on my vacation in New York many years ago, where my friend went by car to visit the family of her partner (it was his brother) in a very small and idyllic town in the apple region outside N.Y. When we were sitting together in the afternoon with the family, I asked if they have an original US Whiskey I could try. I only tried here and there whiskey in Germany and never liked it. But I am open regarding food and drinks and so I was willing to give whiskey a last chance, if it‘s an original one. Didn‘t like that one either, lol. But I still remember it.
I also remember having had a really good beer from a local brewery in New York. Just forgot the brewery’s name. Should have a picture somewhere, at least from their restaurant where I was eating at a table outside.
If this audio is really from the German railway (Deutsche Bahn), then it‘s hilarious. The conductor apologizes for the inconvenient 1 minute too early arrival in Hannover and promises to make up for it soon again with a delay.
lol knowing german trains thats an easy promise to keep…
when i used to travel a lot by train there was often a dutch conductor that would sing or tell jokes when there was a train delay, but i remember 1 specific conductor that was always in my early 6:15am train from the hague to utrecht that was brilliant: he would play the guitar and try to entertain the passengers by acting like a tourist guide where he would talk about things nobody else saw; like the eiffel tower or giraffes lol grumpy people would yell at him to shut up… good entertainment in the morning!
lol@least qualified. I hope he invites Patel to his show and says that to his face.
It’s nonsense but I can’t help. It’s made so well and is so cute, lol.
