I don’t think so. Cali citizens had an opportunity to vote him out in 2019 and didn’t do it. That means, citizens of Cali, like you, voted for him to lead you, again, knowing already that he was all about taxing the people into poverty. You need a team to audit the state similar to what the federal government has in DOGE.
