Either this or serena coming back from almost dying. Jordan was on the top of his game when retired the first time and he decided to retire, so I’m lower on his comeback than most. The Patriots down by 25 in the superbowl with 17 minutes left is the greatest team comeback of all time. For an individual, I can’t think of anyone more than this. Except maybe serena. ---

Yeah, I can’t think of a greater comeback. It’s particularly cool to me as an older guy to see him do this in his 40s. I see a lot of similarity between him and Serena. Both of them are chasing an all time record of major wins. Neither is likely to make it. I’m rooting for both of them to do it. ---

My family in Toronto is obsessing over the Raptors. They have some melodramatic horse manure about “we the north” going on and they have some rapper named Drake going nuts over them. Personally, I couldn’t care less who wins. ---

Beating up the Thais isn’t going to send a message. Do that to the Germans and you’ve got something. I do think the US are the favorites to win though, although I’m not sure. I don’t exactly follow women’s soccer closely. ---
