Caught a shark once. They guy walked by, patted me on the back and said, “Reel, reel, reel, reel, reel. Pull. I’ll be back in 30 minutes.”

I’ve caught bass in ponds but that’s where I saw worms in fish once. Is why I don’t eat raw fish.
I’m sure pond fish is different than from the ocean but it’s a mental image branded in my mind.
Never had much luck in saltwater. Probably didn’t know what I was doing. Would like to catch some of the northern fish. Trout, salmon.
Never had trout. They say it’s good but they way you fish for it is foreign to me.
I love smoked salmon. I could eat it every meal.
I don’t fly fish. Just open face spinning reel.
