It’s interesting that you have apples and McDonald’s and still call yourself healthy. Are you eating organic apples? Where do you get them? Wal-mart and in the unaffordable alleged organic section?
Cleaning it up as I didn’t gain any weight with all that bit didn’t drop from yesterday, still bloated and not enough water. Prob due to that shot and some Tylenol constipation. That sample of pie was harmless.
Lotta of veggies planned. Some boiled beef, disgusting peas.
Breakfast here and I will explain in the other food thread. That potato is from yesterday just brushed slightly with olive oil and I used small amount for those scrambled eggs. (For secret reasons) I am using butter. 2 kinds here for comparison, land of lakes and Irish gold. The former a small pat for frying and latter a small fork tip worth of curls after a microwave reheat of that potato. And that red banana sauce.

Your veggies look good but a bit washed out and lifeless. It’s probably just the photos. The peas look ok depending on what that sauce is. The beef looks disgusting.
Trust me it’s the lighting. This is just straight sunshine and seems to be working. Btw that is a McDonald’s bag underneath. Lagging still with the unexpected finally leaving to gym on that breakfast. Second photo was shown with flash. That’s the lighting and hue of lifelessness. my mother actually cooked that beef. But she separated the soul for the baby and 3 year old. My niece and husband already left to move out of state at some barracks. Normally she boils down beef with the bones and marrow and tendons. My father used to eat this before as it easy to chew and and easy on the stomach. Problem is occasional small bones so bite softly. The vegetables break down as well as parts of the meat to make a gel base.
I just added some kale and tomatoes and of course Himalayan pink salt for electrolyte replenishment. Protein after a workout. Top athletes like bodybuilders often add that pink salt to pre-work out and workout drinks. Too shaky and weak from caffeine after stopping. Got to shake that off.
But still hungry.
See the tendons and nerves? That bone broth gel soup with the vegetables? Kids are super healthy.
I don’t what was in these in these peas but they needed an upgrade in flavor. I busted out a curry brick which has about 5 g protein/ per brick and some peanut butter for more protein and stick to consistency. I need some carbs so I had half of half of a . Time to sweep leaves of the sidewalk and take out trash, recycle, compost.
It is very disgusting. Beef should be banned.
It’s a shame you won’t stand to lose a few ounces to eat healthy.
I don’t need to lose any weight, Mark. I reached my target weight ages ago.
I hit 311.0.this morning. With all that stuff I ate including the McDonald’s. Monday morning I was 318.6 and my normal weight was around 313-315 and the set low at 312.6. With all my food choices you called terrible I dropped 7.6 pounds in 5 days.
Had this grapefruit which didn’t have much fruit but sunshine did make a difference. Thats with stevia in one pic and pink salt the other. Stevia is mink fruit and sweet but nowhere near as dense as sugar. You can buy cheaper if you buy bigger.
Burger idea. Those potatoes kept fine just sitting out no refrigeration for 3 days.
And some carne asada improvisation. I found 3 ugly beat up squeezed avocados and still have 1 1/2 left.
I used some corn tortillas for mini tacos and the rest are 2 net carb wrap/ tortillas had to half roll them like a burrito/fold like a taco. I’m trying to finish that shredded cheese but later used cottage and just without. No salsa for these first ones but I had tapatio and so taco bell packets mild. Few pieces of cilantro, later used a tomato and that wilting rotting cilantro i had left. Nothing hot but garden fresh taste. Meat i just seasoned the first with some.prime rin season and the second steaks with onion powder one side and garlic powder the other. I learned some stuff from weight watchers. Got to unfold the flap meat as you can see the red.
And remember that boiled beef? Here is the that left over strained gelatinous, I drank before bed. I had a sugar free hot chocolate 80 cake not like the 160 call packet, but where do those carbs come from? I’m glad I drank that beef bone vegetable broth.
I do know the feeling fast food causes in the chest. Like it’s nuclear disintegration. Also the gut. I know quite a bit about eating. But what you do no understand is why I make the choices I make.
You think you do, but you really don’t and some really don’t matter.
And I ate a lot more than I mentioned and shown. I even finished those tortellini with some kale and loaded with cheese.
It’s Saturday and with all Reggie’s and Nico’s screaming I have lost 7.5 pounds in 5 days just stuffing myself. That’s a good 2 month goal for some people. I can show you the scale and the gym check ins, although this was one of the most pathetic workout weeks I have ever had being able to do almost nothing. That’s for another thread. Is my body happy and feeling better? Why yes! Is my stomach smaller? Most definitely!
Breakfast! Pancakes ! Actually Koooooooreaeean pancakes. These are regular 12 dollars as bag I got for 2.99 a bag and I got seafood and kimchi. For syrup I had some tonkatsu sauce and Korean barbecue marinade. Kind of spilled to much of that so made teriyaki beef cup noodles to mop it up.
You can cook those pancakes in the oven in 20 minutes or air fryer in 7-8. On the nonstick like i used with just regular vegetable oil it says 3-4 minutes with a single flip. I cooked these from frozen with no directions thaw about double that time to get that t texture.
It’s Korean. It’s Japanese. If you don’t like both or just either then you don’t like me. Probably a lot more than that too. It’s flavor. It’s breakfast. It doesn’t have to be for you, but I’m willing to share and answer what I make for me.
I’m just going to post a bunch of home meals I made for myself last week or two. I really kept my weight about the same. It goes back up and down but it is more stable and at a lower set point although I caught it creeping up again,
Reggie this is your last chance to try and upgrade your “bread”. If you see crap it is on your side of the screen and it is what is being deflected and rejected from my food. I won’t eat it. You cannot attribute matter or mass to my food with it
Don’t be immature or insulting. Your goiter turd problem is of ridiculous magnitude with your lies. I’m not even going to make a pinocchio joke. If you are going to be using your mouth for speech but are going to be sharing your “bread” undesired on others, people will let their fists do the talking. Not everyone is as tolerable as I am. Somebody will smash their fist into your mouth if you have an episode dining or just even using your radio while biking passing some people enjoying drinks or coffee.
I’m not threatening you personally. I’m warning you people are less tolerant and patient than i am especially when they have spent money on food or drinks. You put that turd off onto the wrong person they will cram it back down your throat. Final test and last chance or just watch the karma and fists coming your way.
I mean it last chance for your bread Reggie. And if somebody offers you bread at dinner with butter, don’t turn up your nose. Fast or double your exercise and eat it.
