I told you it’s a stupid text!
I hope Austrians forgive me for posting this under this threat. But the language is German and the dialect very similar to Bavarian. Regarding transporting a certain mood, Bavarians prefer Austrian singer over German ones. The old Bavarians and Austrians are mentally more close than Bavarians and North/East Germans.
Today, we had the monthly personal meeting of the whole team. That’s always an easy day. I am currently finishing the late evening with a nice Riesling and nice music. Zum Wohl.
P.S.: The Project leader left. I am so glad, lol (no sarcasm here, that’s one of the best news for a year at work. He was a disaster at organising and communication).

Oh no, this project is a technical one (exchange of software) and I am content with my subproject management part. Any non-technical stuff would be fine for me. But I told my boss, after this experience, that I am not taking over any project tasks anymore. I am 55. I can afford that. I don’t want to travel anymore.
P.S.: I am not the only one from that project team with this attitude. It was a bad experience. Way too much work hours for no money.
Then why do you do it?
Because I like my work (mainly because I can work four days at home) and I love my colleague, I work the closest with. And as long as I don’t have to work in a project anymore, which is lead by someone who can’t organize and communicate. Whom you have to remind constantly like a child. He is good in tech, but that’s it. That’s not enough for leading a project. He is gone anyway. Thank God.
The football club right beside me seems to celebrate a Jubilee, as there is a hokuspokus going on since Friday. Football tournament and music. This morning I got waked up by house or techno at 6 am. No tone to be heard, just the bass. Terrible. Right now, they at least play nicer stuff, like this. It made me smile by realizing, that I say “Minga” instead of Muenchen as well. Never thought about this, but I do it only, if my opponent speaks dialect as well. Otherwise I pronounce it as written in German. Automatically.
