Now back to collagen, do not get the wrong idea or make the wrong assumption. Think of assuming a massive amount of debt enough to bury you. Do not make any assumptions.
Not all collagen is the same and you have to have existing structure or genetics. I was originally buying collagen for joint repair along with hyaluronic acid. there are different types available. bovine and chicken. Denatured and undenatured.
I had good results with both but stopped the chicken. Too many people who cannot keep structure or genetics are going to try. I do this not because I cant take anymore it is do dump off people trying to go beyond their capacity.
