The above cartoon/illustration implies some type of mental inferiority with certain head proportions and facial features.
What is the superior trait? Cranial size or prognathous mouth? Actually it appears there is a trait of prehensile lips. Prehensile being able to grasp or hold like a hand. Certain bears have this trait and some people are touch learners. Just as you have seen people counting on their fingers and also their lips. That’s double prehensile processing.
Yes just like prehensile tails on monkeys, prehensile trunks on elephants, and tongues on giraffes their are prehensile lips on some bears. If you can grip and grasp and somewhat manipulate with your lips then consider them prehensile.
Lol at the definition and you will see it also means to mentally grasp something like an idea or concept. Somebody without a prehensile lip and realizing the lacking would focus the attention and make implications to detract.
