That wasn’t really working for me because I knew if I left I would never see my phone again and it had my license and debit card in it.
The problem was that Dusty was listening to Greg and not me. So he began to tell me to go get in the car and let’s go.
That wasn’t really working for me either.
So I told him to leave without me.
When he tried to force me to leave I walked away and told him no. When he told me to get my ass in the car I told him, f u. I’m not leaving without my phone. I’ve never said fu to him. Not ever and I was yelling. It was just completely foreign to our normal communication but I knew if I left I would not get my phone back and I knew that guy took it.
So he left me in Jimtown.
That have me alone time with Greg who assured me that if I thought his hand took my phone I was sadly mistaken to which I replied my phone did not just sprout legs and walk away.
In about an hour Dusty came back and went out to the shop building.
Donna was in the back seat and she remembered seeing the guy carry a box out to the shop building so she decided to call my phone one last time.
As soon as she called, the box rang and Dusty heard my phone. That guy thought he would hide my phone in the shop away from the house and I would give up looking for it. You will never know the shocked look on his face when I walked by him and Greg with my phone in the air.

And I have a memory that gave me a lot of pleasure. Even Greg looked a little surprised but the guy was downcast and looked very disappointed. I believe he even knew we found the phone before I came through with it in my hand. I believe he saw dusty with it.
So do you remember me talking about the Molly and colt case? Switching gears here, sorry.
