Coronavirus

Wuhan banned eating wild animals for 5 years. Not sure if the bats will be healthier by then.

I won’t believe this until we see the wet markets closed, and I won’t believe what the Chinese government says about it. I want to see western news organizations infiltrate and report that the markets they previously saw have been closed.

Want to see some of your trash there?

How did Canada get so clean?

“China accused Trump on Tuesday of conducting a smear campaign against Beijing and said the United States is shirking its international obligations.”

“Scientists say the virus likely spread from a Wuhan market selling exotic and wild animals for food, and environmentalists and animal rights activists have demanded the elimination of the so-called “wet” markets.”
“The Chinese government has banned the sale of wild animals for food as part of its effort to stop the spread of the virus, but the trade is still legal for other purposes, such as research.”

there are around 80 of them in new york alone, considered to be essential services too…

but lets focus on the chinese lol

I’m going to assume you do want to see the wet markets closed, permanently. What about research? Don’t you think it’s stupid to demand China close wet markets but use animals as experiments?

to me a wet market is just a market selling fresh stuff, could just be a market selling only fruits and vegetables

to me it would very much depend on what kind of animals and what kind of experiments

i have no issues giving sedatives to ants or rats
i would mind cutting of their legs

animal abuse

yes but if putting some ants asleep could save humans iam fine with it

Do you think that’s what they do, really? Do you think they only put their little experiments to sleep? I know you are not a naive person but your posts are reading that way.

of course not, but that wasnt your question

I never expect an answer.

lol you get lots of them anyways

Not as many as I would like.

patience and asking more specific questions could help

They speculate China may be doing this in retaliation to Covid investigations and demand from Australia. Accusing them of dumping barley(sellingit a lower price than it costs to produce).

I think this is over a recycle and waste disposal deal gone sour. Properly disposed and terms understood. Just making this that and that this.

Keep doing that as this and vice versa you might end up getting slapped and looking like a halibut.
