This patent was applied for by The Pinbright Institute. If you google The Pinbright Institute you find The Pinbright Institute are, at the very least, applying for government grants to do research on foot and mouth disease and receiving funding from Bill Gates.
Here is the article claiming the accusation is just a conspiracy theory and that Bill Gates does not OWN The Pinbright Institute. It’s a good thing they cleared that little matter up for conspiracy theorists.

I’m not disputing my governments patent right to taxpayer funded discoveries. I’m disputing a government employees right to a patent of a vaccine they discover that has been funded by taxpayers.
If we, the taxpayers, have already paid the scientist for their work, is it right that they should be allowed to not only receive their due wages for the work but also have control of global activity, through the patent of the vaccine, in order to profit further from the discovery?
The Bayh-Dole Act Changed how the government deals with patents. This is what Judy Mikovits wants Trump to change. I also believe he will change it and make it right for American taxpayers.

if you dont dispute your stealing government from having this right, why would you dispute an individual or an organisation that actually invented something from having that right?
I’m not supporting my government stealing anything. Through yearly tax returns, they should give it to the taxpayers who make less than 40,000 a year.
Because they have already been compensated through the wages paid for by the taxpayers. I thought we already established this was the issue.

I had to google what that is. While I hate patent law and hope Trump (or anyone else) repeals as much of it as possible, with him being totally funded and owned by the pro-Israel lobby, do you seriously expect that to happen?
