Totally. I am planning to build some Ryzen boxes to replace my computers in Vancouver when I get home. Those are getting ancient, although they still run fine. I won’t go with the high-end gamer versions. I don’t recommend those unless you’re a gamer. The low end ones are super fast and don’t require any special cooling. ---

When you go out do you notice immediate effects when you return home and settle down? Like you might eat and feel kind of a headache or just not eat at all and check emails and then just lay down and feel difficulty breathing and headache and then get up a few hours alter and feel like working out? ---
