It claimed to be from Cosco and that the refund offer expired tomorrow. I have not shopped at Cosco in years and never had a Cosco card.
Kal Dosangh a VPD officer with over 20 years on the force is charged in a 3 million dollar fraud. His wife who was running for Surrey City Council for the Conservative Party has dropped out of the race. Several years ago I contacted Kal on his FB about Dennis Watson the fake Guardian Angel and who lost a lawsuit to a full patch HAMC. He then dumped Dennis Watson as a FB friend.
