Only country in the western world which has had a problem with acid attacks on the faces of women. Back in 1985 when I lived in Banff met a young woman from Canada who spent years though in Britain. She said it was a lot more rough and violent there than in Canada. The riots there are worse than in Canada. ---

I Googled the subject and found 6 cases in 11 years quickly including the former leader of the Socialist Party in Germany being a victim. SE Asia has the most acid attacks one of the articles said. ---

Watched BBC News tonight. They said certain Labour MP’s wanted PM Starmer their own guy replaced with a Mr Burnham who at the moment doesnt have a seat in the Commons. The deficit even for the Labour Party is a major preoccupation. ---

I wish we’d do that here. Although our Social Insurance Number system is good, a true Digital ID to be used across government services would be much better. ---
