Another nation is waging a war on drugs Duterte-style. I’m not sure it won’t work. It didn’t work for Reagan because the US constitution guarantees human rights for the drug dealers. There’s no such protection in Bangladesh or the Philippines. I really wonder if they may be on to something.
Trump might buy into it. After all, the constitution is no problem to him.
It does seem logical that, if you kill all the drug users and drug sellers, there won’t be much of a drug industry afterwards.
